Kerala Cuisine
Only few things can be more exciting than discovering the history of a particular region or state through its cuisine. It is true for Kerala, and the diversity in its food culture can be measured by its rich and strong cultural history of many centuries.

It gives richness to the dish while the inclusion of spices flavor the dish. For a thirst quenching combination of nutrition and refreshment Kerala is famous for it's pure coconut water.
